Ice in blender6/21/2023 ![]() If you are using a snow cone machine, then place the flavored shaved ice into the cone holder and enjoy. Just remember that the more intensely flavored the ingredients are, the less you will need. This can be anything from syrups and juices to fruits and nuts. Now it’s time to add your favorite flavorings. If it is too thick, keep blending until the optimal consistency is reached. Keep checking the consistency of the shaved ice. Just watch carefully as you don’t want the machine to overflow. Then turn on the blender at maximum speed for 1-3 minutes depending on how soft or hard you want your final product to be. Once the ice goes into the jar, cover it tightly with its lid. The trick here is to not fill more than 1/2 full so the ingredients have room to circulate inside the blender jar. When it’s ready, put it into your blender container. If you want shaved ice that is finer and melts faster, then use small cubes of ice instead of large pieces. To make the ice, first, you’ll need to freeze some water in a small tray or dish.
